What will you gain?
We'll have side group conversations for people who want to, for example, commit to a 24 hour fast / do a 10 day pilates challenge, commit to a 7 day morning routine challenge. You are not required to join but if you feel ready, then we have that option.
NOTE: You do not have to participate every single day. Pick what resonates and let the rest go. This is really about just STARTING. My hope is that you will have at least 1 or 2 tools you can use that will help you become more grounded, happy and motivated as we move into summer. Bonus Offers:
